I went for breakfast/lunch today at H Cafe at 17th and Sanchez. A very tasty sandwich was had. It's kind of hard to find good food here... I met a person called Skyler Cooper who told me some good places to eat. She's an interesting character, an actor challenging gender roles (says google).
After that I went for a calf-killing walk (read:hike) up to Twin Peaks. Though first I made a wrong turn up Castro Street and found so many beautiful houses. Also after another wrong turn a little later I came across Saturn, Mars and Uranus Streets all in the same loop.
Around Uranus Street I was tempted to give up considering I didn't know where I was going and the incline was about forty five degrees. Then just around the corner I got my first glimpse of the Golden Gate bridge. That gave me the motivation to continue.
